My initial visit with Dr Kaplan was very positive. She was clearly over scheduled by the Hospital Administration but still had empathy and professionalism during an uncomfortable procedure for me. I would recommend her.
I had biopsies of my thyroid yesterday. I was treated and appreciated being in good hands. The staff members were professional and caring.
She was very kind and had a took the time to go over things with me.
It’s an awesome facility. I have no complaints. The doctor and staff were amazing during my procedure and my care afterward.
