Britney Palumbo put my son on heavy meds and then was not reachable when he was having very serious reactions and even suicidal ideation. To get an appointment took between 6-9 weeks, even as an established patient. The medical assistants took anywhere from 5-9 days to get back to me when my son was struggling.
