I hired British Remodeling to repair damage to a deck when a new spa had been put in. I recommend them to anyone who wants professionalism, integrity and full knowledge of what they are doing. They are terrific.

I hired Trevor to do some work on a rental property. His bid was incomplete and when I asked him to rework his bid to be thorough, he told me that it would be fine as long as there wasn't any huge problems. I rewrote the bid via email and he agreed to the terms, price and time. However, approximately 75% of the job was completed and he demanded another $150.00 from my tenants. Very good experience overall. They rebuilt a wood basement stair, did some electrical work, drywall work and other miscellaneous carpentry and painting work.

They were friendly, quick and did quality work. Only 2 drawbacks: 1. The budget was exceeded by 75%. BR notified us that we needed additional work. Unfortunately, no one told us that the would cost would go up 75%. When I called to discuss the price, they threatened to put a lien on my house. I wasn't going to cheat them out of payment. I just needed an explanation and a promise that they would put forth an effort to keep folks appraised of huge cost overruns in the future. I didn't need threats.
