I personally designed my house my major in college was architecture they overcharged by 10 percent the owners can not read a blue print their architect to place my plans on PDF for their machines went through 10 drawings he kept changing drawings even when I told him do not change anything I spent hundreds of hours with my wife getting exactly what we wanted, they put post in the middle of doorways, moved windows.
