my kids have been long term patients with britestars and each visit has been a warm and welcome experience from the front to the back. my youngest had high dental anxiety and the providers have been patient and very supportive. the doctors and assistants all take their time and explain everything to her. we are very grateful for britestars and their staff. she no longer fears the dentist and now looks forward to her visits!

Britestars pediatric Dentistry at Princeton William county center is bad place. Customer service is bad and Asian lady doctor is bad. Because first time we are appointment day is they call the phone your son appointment is canceled because doctor is early go home today. I reschedule 7/14 1:40pm We are coming to that place we are late 5 or 10 minutes late they say is we can not do today because we have a lot of patients. BriteStars Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. They made both kids and parents feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The office is clean, bright, and kid-friendly, and the team really takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend BriteStars to any family looking for a great pediatric dental office!
