Loading process was slow for me. Arrived 12:50 left 3:30. I say slow for me because other drivers came after and left within the hour
Excellent experience- Ana, who was on the premium Coach 1 WPB to Orlando 2pm was incredible! A passenger got sick and vomited, Ana, cleaned the area helped the passenger and then helped them back to their seats. @Briteline- she's a superstar!
