Overall, I had a great experience with the staff, from the reception to the hygienist and even the boss himself. They went out of their way, even though my insurance gave them a hard time. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend.
Dr. Tracy has been my family's dentist for many years now and he has always taken great care of us. He has always been sure to listen to our needs and provide the expert opinion and services that best fit us. He is great with my kids and I know that we will always get quality care! We highly recommend entrusting Brite Family Dental with your needs!
This review is for Dr. Tracy. My daughter (5) went in for a follow-up appointment to get a Silver Diamine Treatment on 2 cavities. When we got there I told the dental hygienist and dentist that we wanted the fluoride treatment only on both teeth. Dr. Tracy confirmed that that was what he would do and then gave her a filling on the first tooth. I had a crowned tooth break off at the gum line, and when I called for an appointment they told me the very soonest Dr Tracy could possibly see me was 2 weeks away. I said that while I wasn't currently in pain, the tooth and surrounding gum tissue looked really bad but I'd take that appointment if it's all they had. They said they'd also put me on a cancelation list in case anything sooner became available (but for some inexplicable reason, they didn't actually do that).
