My experience has been comforting and caring, especially by Ms. Kesha. She help me conquer fears, and it was soothing and painless. I got through a lot of dental work with her resasurance and calming presence. I have made this my dental home.
Hace unas semanas regresé para una limpieza y la Dentista me lastimó, no pregunte su nombre pero es hispana, es la segunda vez que me lastima con una simple limpieza, me dijo que estaba sensible de mis encias porque el esmalte esta desgastado, pero aún asi, hizo el procedimiento sin cuidado y muy rápido, me hizo llorar del dolor.. El Dentista que estaba antes era mejor, ya NO voy a regresar a esa clinica
The staff are very friendly. When it came to getting dentures it was easy and painless. My dentist knew what she was doing, listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease My dentures was done very well unlike my other pair 5 years ago This is a great place to go to
I don’t mind the wait time when they’re busy because everyone is so nice here! The dental assistant is always so kind and attentive. They did a great job on my fillings today, very efficient and I’m very grateful for them
I would give them zero stars if I could. Every time I called to get my appointment and the care I need they don't know what they are doing. From not scheduling my appointment because I didn't have my insurance on hand, basically denying care when I can pay out of pocket. To then saying I wasn't enrolled or eligible for benefits until August even though I can see my benefits through my insurance portal.
