Do not come here! Absolutely terrible service at this place. Went in to get a cleaning because it had been a couple years since I had been to the dentist and "Dr."Fatima refused to give me one after my xrays had came back. Even though my insurance covers it she said she wanted me to get a lot more work done or she wouldn't give me a cleaning. She was very impatient and rude. I was stunned and left the office.
I booked here several weeks out, then changed my appointment a few weeks ahead of time. They called me the day before the original appointment; clearly someone messed up on scheduling. When I arrived for my appointment, they said they needed to do a benefits verification and would call me back in 10 days. They never did. I talked to my sister, who works in medical billing and coding, and she said that that was probably a poor excuse for someone not having done their job. The worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to be honest! We’ve been waiting for the doctor one hour at the chair and she was so arrogant, with many different bracelets on her hands and long loose hair! It’s so unprofessional! We won’t come back here ever!
I went here two weeks ago found out I have to get 3 teeth taken out and 5 fill ins She kind of rubbed me the wrong way, but I blew it off maybe I'm over thinking. Finding out I have to get all that done to my mouth is scary, so I was very nervous about this. I went into dentist today for tooth pain and was very scared to go first. I spoke with a man named Nick on the phone who was really polite, helpful, and in person and made me feel comfortable to go. La doctora fatima was also really friendly and made my pain go away right away! Also they have kid play room for me and my children. I recommend them 10 of 10
