I was referred by my insurance to this office. When I called and explained my situation, they were very helpful and were able to accommodate me for the next day (yesterday, February 17). I only have good words for my experience. Dr. David and Jesus ( sorry, don't know their last names) were amazing. Thank you all! Would recommend it to anyone in Roger's Park. Want to thank the patients that waited and helped this happened. Thank you all!
No one enjoys going to the dentist! This dental practice is one I highly recommend because they are all professionals from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist herself show genuine concern not just for your dental needs but for your mind as well! I’ve been a loyal Brite Dental patient for years and have always had great experiences — until my recent visit. Unfortunately, the office manager, Elizabeth, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She was condescending when I asked about a pricing discrepancy — my original quote was $497 (which I signed for), but she later claimed it was $1,300 and said she didn’t have time to fix it. I love this dentist Dr.David is definitely the go to to get things done and his assistant Stephanie was so sweet and nice they both very professional… The best dentist up north……
