Went in because I had a tooth infection. They told me they will send the medication for pick up. It has now been over a week and they have still not called in the prescription. I have called multiple times and nobody can seem to help. You would think if someone has a tooth infection it would be very important to get them medicine right away… I guess not
I called and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist for 8a.m. Saturday and showed up, and the office was completely closed with no one picking up the phone. Completely unprofessional.
Great visit to the Logan location. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Tania, the manager, was wonderful—her ability to assist in both English and Spanish (bilingual) makes a huge difference for patients in the community!"
