Ive been coming here for years and the level of professionalism and attention to detail has maintained at a high level. Not only is Dr Kirkham very knowledgeable and capable but its clear that he cares which is arguably the most important. First visit, I arrived ahead of my 11am appointment for necessary paperwork. This took all of 5 minutes. A parade of people arrived after I was done with paperwork, and were seen before me. By 11:30, I was still waiting, and the receptionist told me that my appointment was actually at 11:15, but they told me it was at 11 so that we would have time for the paperwork?!? How about sticking to one appointment time, the one you give the client. Horrible first impression, very disrespectful!
