They pack them in, serve them too much alcohol, then when drunk people spill your beer multiple times, and you ask management to replace one of them, they kick you out of the place. John, there is such a thing as customer service! Oh, and make sure you write down what you order, because they add things to your tab that you didn't order.
The Brit is one of my favorite places to go before a Sharks game!
