Abraham my Sales person was awesome. Great experience in and out in less than 2 hours. One of the fastest car buying experiences
We bought our car over the phone. It was relatively easy. I didn't spend half a day in a dealership. All said and done...I spent less than a half hour to buy a car. There were a couple hiccups afterwards. But they took care of it all. They delivered the car to us over 60 miles away. I'm pretty sure I'll never go to a dealership again. I'll call and have them bring me the car I want.
Very poor sales experience from Ricky? Has to be the worst experience i have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. Definitely needs to be addressed immediately. I would be very concerned if he was an employee that worked for me. Extremely disappointing
I called Britain and spoke with Dayton and Charlie Flores in service. I explained to them that my daughter recently bought a Chevy Ev Equniox and I needed a fast charging station. I explained we bought the Chevy in Oklahoma City, and my daughter was headed back to school in Stillwater, OK. They advised I could come up and charge at Britain, even though I didn’t purchase from them! Charlie, even came out in a rain storm to walk me through the charging process! Britain Chevrolet in Greenville, Texas gave me outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond for me. I had a car accident and the very next day because I was too sore to go to any dealership. They brought the car out to me and showed it to me I love the car so I bought it. They took it back brought it back, detailed clean beautifully Tinted windows with a bow on it and brought it to me now that is wonderful customer service. they are very nice and very respectful.
