Never have I met people so graciously willing to help you. I swear I would have bought 5 cars if I had the money. Merely because these are the kind of people you want to see do incredibly well in their field. We went to look at a vehicle they had advertised on the internet. We were VERY interested in it. In fact we were going to buy it and we told them we were going to pay cash. When we sat down to talk specifics, the price had gone up $2,000 from what was advertised. The gentleman that waited on us was great. It wasn't his fault. So...we walked out of there with no vehicle. Ricardo Ramirez was a very friendly salesman. He was not just trying to sell a car, he was making sure that we were getting something that we could rely on. We told him about our situation and he definitely did his best to get us in the vehicle that fit our needs. Very impressed by this whole dealership and experience.
Unfortunately I could not give 0. I purchased a vehicle for my daughter on 7/4. A day after purchasing the vehicle the vehicle started to run hot. I brought the vehicle to Britain and advised John Montelongo that I had just purchased the vehicle and I would like to have a diagnostic done to tell me EVERYTHING wrong with the vehicle to determine if it’s worth even putting more money into it.
