I just want to say Thanks to Rene. My family and I were needing to rent a car and we needed to compare sizes of certain vehicles. I asked Rene if that would be OK over the phone and He Was more than accommodating. I am a Huge Supporter of Customer Service. Now since I wasn't technically a Customer He Still Took The Time to let my wife and I look at The Equinox (Really Nice Suv BY The Way.) The service staff is incredibly rude and snarky. Just be ready for attitude if you have any questions or concerns.
Jeremy in the maintenance department went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with their repair of a minor problem I was having with my 2023 Traverse. They located the problem during an oil change and repaired it on same day. Jeremy went with me on a test drive to verify that the problem was indeed resolved to my satisfaction. Outstanding customer service.
