Service needs some work. Used to only take our service trucks here for maintenance. Stopped going after they stripped the sparkplug out of the head a few years back and tried to charge us for a whole new head even though they broke it. Last week i put that behind me and brought another service truck up there for a big maintenance and figure out why the rear axle was leaking and making some noise. In this time and age it is hard to find honest people. I had purchased a used 2014 Malibu for $17000. It kept on having issues where the Car would have check engine light coming on frequently. After spending close to $3000 in fixing the problem I was very frustrated. I expressed my frustration to John in Service department. He kept the Car in his shop for at least 2- 3 weeks, with updates to me. He said that the Car was not running as it should and they had to call GM company to find out and diagnose the problem.
