We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Brit. The level of service we received was truly top-notch from start to finish. Brit was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, keep us informed, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way.

Brit is an amazing realtor. She is very detailed and navigates through the buy/sell process very well.

The best home buying experience my wife and I could have asked for. We had very little knowledge on the process when we met Brit, but throughout the process she explained everything whether it seemed important or not. Communication was excellent from the first time we contacted her. She made our wants and needs in a home come true. She was very flexible and clearly put in the work behind the scenes to make sure the process was as smooth as it could be. We absolutely recommend Brit Whalen and Coldwell Banker Empire Realty for... read more

We used Brit to sell our Harrisburg home. She was so friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about all the th ikiii ngs that came up. We just can recommend her enough. My best way to sum up our experience with her, is she put the cherry on top. All the little touches she did that helped make everything a little easier for us and the buyers. She is awesome and you won't regret using her if you're buying or selling your home! Thanks Britt!!!
