this cristin mason was medicateing my grandson didnt even no his background.. just went on here say... omg terrible do not take your kids to this place... HORRIBLE.. THE STAFF IS RUDE NO CALL BACKS THEY OUGHT TO BE SHAMED
I've never had a bad experience at this Drs office. I have 4 kids and they all love the Drs and nurses. This Drs office has always been accommodating to our needs. The late office hours are awesome, and they have even taken my kids for emergencies, like stitches. I would recommend this Drs office to everyone!!
The doctors are okay, but the staff will brace you up for co-pay the minute you walk in the door. Which is good, because then you have to wait 45 minutes or so past your appointment time to actually see the doctor. Also, if you call in with a question, don't expect a timely call back - past few times it's been around 6 to 8 hours for a call.
This is a very welcoming and accommodating practice- not just a doctors office! The doctors, nurses, and support staff remember our family each time and provide genuine care for my boys. The medical staff does a great job of providing a balanced approach of natural remedies and medical support. The ladies at the front work patently to get me scheduled even when I call to change my appointment multiple times (mommy life lol). We are so grateful for all of them!
