We lived at Bristol Village for 8 months and it has been a complete NIGHTMARE! We rented an unrenovated unit which was a BIG mistake because we constantly put in maintenance requests every week for things that should have been addressed before anyone moved in. Most of the time requests were not addressed such as the mold around the leaking furnace or the mold on the ceiling.
