Lived here for Over 10 years, and they fined us via court for leaving early after they told us they were renovating, and our lease was up. We could move to their new painted, garbage "renovationed" new unit across the street. We have two autistic kids and they told us we HAD to move in 3 months, and rent will go up $400 a month. Didn't even off a lower rate to people that have been there for over 8 years. 10 years with these demons as a "land lord" and they couldnt give us the grace to leave 3 months early, to let them start... read more
