Have had a wonderful experience thus far, transferring apartments soon and all property managers/support staff have been very supportive.
Completely renovated and CLEAN apartments. The carpet in the bedroom is clean and very soft. Spacious bedroom and bathroom for an apartment. The ladies in the leasing office are wonderful and so kind. Last thing, we have a dog and appreciate all the green space around the complex. Edit: Moving out kind of soon, and I'm really going to miss this apartment. The ladies in the office are so friendly and the neighbors are really nice. I may just be in a good location, but I haven't had issues with late night music.
If you rent available apartment 6311 beware that your next door neighbor will play his subwoofer with the volume turned up to an annoying level. Thursday-Monday is riddled with explosions and gun shots from his video games. Counting down the hours until my lease is up.
This was my first experience moving on my own and figuring everything out, Jennifer did an amazing job showing the apartment, she was very helpful throughout the whole process and so friendly/easy to work with, same with the other ladies in the office, very friendly and helpful. Overall great/easy experience and am excited to live here
