There wasn’t a lot of human connection. It felt like I was part of an assembly line. Towards the end of my visit, my nurse finally came around and actually spoke to me more than “are you doing okay?” I had results on the “my chart” before anyone came and told me anything. I was also in a cubby hole in the wall with no door for a “room.” I understand they were busy but patients deserve privacy and that area along with the many beds I saw lined on the wall with patients on them, had none!

First one in at er. 845am didn't get out till 3pm. Seen np ran test and never seen anyone agine. After 3hours waiting I asked nurse for Tylenol and she said they had sicker patients and they will get to us!!? All staff was rude and hateful. Ended up having to go to my Dr and said liver was failing. But it wasn't enough of an emergency. Worse experience ever!
