This man only cares about money! He raised the rent when we gave him a 30 day notice to vacate. His contract is written in such a way that only works in his favor...He is very lazy as a property manager. It takes him forever to respond to repairs. He will even go as far as to blame tenants for damages so he does not have to repair anything. He is a big con-artist.
