Beyond RUDE! Called to schedule a consult and was subjected to listening to the office manager relate her son’s wisdom tooth experience with another oral surgeon in Johnson City; which had nothing to do with my scheduling at this office and she finally finished by stating that “I wasn’t a FIT for her office”... after I said that I had a bad experience with the doctor she was talking about! Dr Redford is the best oral surgeon in Bristol. My whole family loves him and his whole office staff.
After our first experience with wisdom teeth extraction for our older teen there was nowhere else I could consider for her younger sister. From the voice on the phone arranging the x-rays and appointment to the day of surgery we were treated with respect, patience and professional courtesy. We live 45 minutes away and it is worth the trip.
