Very bad exp. I’d leave no stars, if possible. Short staffed, ordering pain meds error in system, no aide to bathe, items needed for care took days to get. Nurse left about 15 minutes before death stating she would pass in a few days. We contacted funeral home while waiting for nurse to return. Director provides excuses for transition and new staff. Office staff sucks! The Bather should’ve told me that my father was getting bed sores she would’ve noticed. Do not recommend, especially when you’re trying to keep somebody comfortable as they pass away.

I am not happy with Bristol Hospice. I have power of attorney for my older sister and want the best care possible for her. Bristol Hospice allowed her to sign herself up for their services without contacting me. When I contacted them to inform them I wanted my sister off of hospice I was told it was a very easy process. My sister and I would have to sign a form. Interesting, considering they didn’t need my signature for for her to be enrolled in the program. the nurses are very pleasant and will answer any questions. still waiting for the social worker to contact us but otherwise great team work
