Unfortunately I have to implore families to seek elsewhere. I alone found my grandfather deceased hours after Bristol was alerted by LPN on staff at his skilled nursing facility that he was found no sign of life. Bristol neglected to call me for HOURS. Being an admission coordinator, communication is key for me. I love how Ashley & Melanie are amazing with communicating. Any questions any concerns I ever had they are quick to clear it up for me. My family received excellent care from the entire team. We specifically loved the Bright moments program for our grandmother who had a memory deficit. The kit was very helpful in many way. It was a special touch that makes the difference at the end of life 🥰
