I was employed with bristol facilities for 4 months. During this time I was told many horror stories about the management and the companies way of handling situations and ignored it.. Not good.
Big turn over. I worked with them for short time. No benefits and toxic environment. People constantly change in the office and it’s hard to get answers or know who is there now. Place is like revolving door.
I got laid off 6/27/22. Terrible terrible place to work for. Underpaid, understaffed, they give you the lowest of the lowest benefits available, just dental and vision no health care.. got laid off with no remorse and we were lied to deliberately. We were promised a raise the month of June but just for us to be laid off. Florian is a horrible person, steer clear from this with caution, OH YEAH my PTO I have it’s just gone.
