People at the leasing office are great along with the maintenance people. I had issues with the water heater and flue venting issues. The office people did awesome at letting us know when plumbers would arrive and scheduling them to come out. maintenance guys for coming out in a quick response on after hour call. The problem was solved professionally and quickly. I very much appreciate everyone and for answering all my concerns. This place has been great so far
I can’t say enough about this place! Especially the customer service and care from the maintenance guys. On a Friday night i called because my carbon monoxide detector was malfunctioning and beeping. From when i called the emergency line to him being in my door, maybe 15 minutes max. He reassured me over the phone and came right away. He was extremely nice and replaced the detector, while also reading CO levels just to double check. Since we have lived here, they always come so quickly and are insanely nice. I don’t know how you don’t know what units are available as a leasing agent, the guy who answered the phone today told There were no two bedroom two bath units available until August. You go on the website there’s one available July 19 ridiculous why are you even at work if you don’t know your job
Bristol Club is like finding the perfect balance—close enough to Chicago for spontaneous city fun but far enough to avoid parking nightmares. Grocery runs are a breeze with Jewel-Osco, and ALDI within 2 minutes away. The community? Friendly enough but no one’s knocking at midnight for sugar (thankfully). Plus, getting to the city in under 40 minutes means I can enjoy the action without the rent shock. Five stars—because six isn’t an option!
