It is exactly what's said.. That being said .. would be great if at least a picnic table foe those passing through..we found it on google on our way from Maine to T exas ..hard to eat ribs and drive ;)
I am hooked!!! We finally decided to give Bristol BBQ a try and I can't believe we've missed out for so long. Since they were out of brisket, we went with the pulled pork. BEST barbecue this side of Memphis!!!! I saw those Big Green Eggs and I knew it had to be good. Meaty sandwiches with just the right amount of smoke on a good Kaiser roll...not those wimpy buns served at other BBQ joints. Sides (potato salad, cole slaw and beans) definitely tasted homemade. Just passing through on our way back to Florida. After looking online for a BBQ place, we saw Bristol BBQ and decided to try it. The food was great! Had pulled pork, potato salad and bbq beans. All delicious!! Also, the sauce was terrific! Try it, you'll like it!

I've been down in the Bristol area about once a month for the last year now. Every time I am there I stop in and always get great food. Unfortunately I was never there when he had ribs until this weekend. All I can say is they are fantastic. Probably the best ribs I have ever had and his sauce is certainly in the top 5 I have ever tasted. I hope he expands and opens a seating area one day.
