Just had Bristol BBQ for the first time today. prices were reasonable, especially for the portion sizes. I was thoroughly impressed that the potato salad seemed to be homemade. the pulled pork was good. wasn't dry and there were big chunks of meat. very good. the sauce was very unique and had a good flavor to it as well. i was a little disappointed in the baked beans. it was almost like Bush's out of a can with a little meat thrown in. the sweet tea was a little too unsweet for my taste, but to each their own on that. We had the loaded tots and pork plate, both were very good! Onion rings seem to be homemade!
Good bbq taste just as if we smoked a pig here at the house.. Real BBQ no packaged stuff
If something on your menu is ONLY served during certain times of the year.....ie.....Brunswick Stew, then your menu needs to either 1) say so or 2) needs to be removed entirely. You just lost a customer.......I won’t be back!
Probably the best pulled pork BBQ I’ve had in the Tri-Cities. Not sure what took us so long to eat here, but we’re hooked! BBQ beans are delicious. Sweet tea is what you’d expect in the south. Blackberry cobbler is amazing. Absolutely no reservations in recommending this place. We plan to come back soon. FYI, this place is drive through/take away only and no places to park or to sit down.
