Bristol Bay has squandered many key assets and the Shareholder relations department has thoroughly failed simple tasks like direct deposit change and helping this shareholder. They have made me spend valuable time to keep calling to see if their mistake was fixed and then try to come up with an extra $200 late fee and $70 for overdraft and returned check not to mention the embarrassment when telling my new landlord that I don’t have the money right now praying someone gives a crap at the Corporation.
