If you rent there be aware there's a man that lives in 133 who kills cats. The majority of the tenants are druggies. These townhomes are also old dirty and not well kept with daily overflowing garbage. Rent anywhere else in Napa.
Disgusting place, poor maintenance, laundry room had bugs and always dirty! It's cheaper but not worth it. Management is not around, poor communication. The police were always in this neighborhood, I did not feel safe and extremely dirty around it. They do not maintain anything, they only focus on getting the money when rent is due.
