This place is crime infested that is because of all the blacks and mexicans living here. Ice needs to do a major raid on this place! I lived here back in 09 and my truck tailgate was stolen and I know it was the mexicans that did it! Management does absolutely nothing about the lowlife thugs living here and there is a lot of prostitution going on in the units near the entrance! I have been a resident for over six years and it seems to be getting worse. I am totally disgusted with the ignorance of the management and occupants of this complex. The management is not cooperative at all and the tennants do nothing but detroy the property; what individual in their right mind would think that part of a building structure is a BASKETBALL GOAL and it goes on and on day after day.
I lived here for 8 months before my truck was broken in to. I know crime is EVERYWHERE but the security guard was asleep in front of where it happened. Later it was my apartment that was broken in and they cleaned me out. Again, the security was sleeping on the job. When I told management and reported it to the police the manager told me they knew who it was that was doing this but they couldnt prove it. They kept giving me the run around and feeding me lies all the while more places kept getting broken in to and more people... read more
Apts are alright New managment are a little strict but you can deal with them no car break ins.But also no security!! Parking too dark price is a lil high too so suit yourself .Its alright
i HAVE NEVER MOVED IN TO A MORE UNORGANIZED APARTMENT IN MY LIFE!!! DONT DO IT THEY LOOK ON THE CALLER ID AND IGNORE PHONE CALLS ALL DAY LONG!!! NOT ONLY THAT THEY FORGET TO GIVE YOU YOUR PAPAERWORK AND DONT HAVE YOU MAILBOX KEY READY FOR WEEKS LATER.
the grass is not greener on the other side we all know that right well it looks good that is it everyone and everything wants to live there spiders and rats and roaches. its new but thats not always good the staff is getto and dont know anything. you can never talk to the staff and they dont have any weekend grounds staff the place looks like the pits !!!! please never pick hfi managment. not even the corp office is in .....so sad
