I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had a Brazilian blowout treatment done because my main concern was reducing frizz, but unfortunately the service did not deliver the expected results and my frizz remained. When I called about the issue, the front desk informed me there would be a 50% charge. I can’t recommend Bristle and Strand enough! Not only is the salon absolutely beautiful but the space is so thoughtfully designed and has such a welcoming, elevated vibe. Laura completely exceeded my expectations, my hair has never looked this good. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I would like a beverage. I recently visited Bristle and Strand for a root touch, trim and balayage. Victoria took care of me really well and did a fantastic job! She was so patient and made adjustments as and when needed to get the color perfect! She is meticulous and simply does just a fine job that I would love to go back to her again. She’s also quite gentle when it comes to shampooing hair, blow drying, brushing hair etc. The ambience is chic and all the other staff members are friendly and polite. So, I highly recommend!
