Very kind and attentive, really help fix my botched haircut
I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had a Brazilian blowout treatment done because my main concern was reducing frizz, but unfortunately the service did not deliver the expected results and my frizz remained. When I called about the issue, the front desk informed me there would be a 50% charge. I can’t recommend Bristle and Strand enough! Not only is the salon absolutely beautiful but the space is so thoughtfully designed and has such a welcoming, elevated vibe. Laura completely exceeded my expectations, my hair has never looked this good. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I would like a beverage.
