They treat their employees like garbage, have no respect for their time outside work, and underpay them. It's not an ethical company and I suggest taking your business elsewhere. It's exemplary of late-stage capitalist management at its worst. The turnover rate is insane and this is why. I have seen and heard how horrid they treat their employees for years and it's disgraceful.
Answered my questions
Our A/C broke on a warm Saturday and Jon from Brislin was there within an hour! He was very detailed in figuring out and then fixing the problem. Also, he needed to go back to the shop to get a part and was back in 15 minutes to save our time. The cost and time to repair was a fraction of what I expected. Jon was 11 out of 10 stars - very friendly and professional, knowledgeable and truly cared about fixing our system completely. Thanks for the help and will definitely recommend and use Brislin again!
