Dennis is a local legend !!! Best bbq in south don’t believe me then go and try it ! I get mine in bulk !
This is a pop up home station with the BEST Brisket in town… or maybe anywhere. I am from Texas and I know brisket. Absolutely a must stop if he is open and you are hungry.
Good food, and a friendly chef proprietor! We got the brisket and rib tips with bbq beans and fries — We’ll definitely be going back.
Awsome expérience! Called Hog Wild BBQ last Sunday and spoke with Dennis about ordering his smoky meats. He is a true gentlemen and à craftsman of the smoker. I ordered his pork ribs and his brisket. WOW! both were delicious and juicy. I made some of my homemade bbq sauce prior but found that it was not even required as the seasoning was spot on! I haven't had a real Texas style brisket like this since I was in Austin TX 🔥 Thank you Dennis, definitely will return.
