We slow smoke our Brisket, Pork Butts, St. Louis Ribs, Spare Ribs, Chicken and Salmon. Are sides are all homemade from scratch and our Pecan pies are also made in house. When you walk in you'll think you're back in the old west. Antique tables and chairs in the dining area and our back bar was built to resemble the bars JOHN WAYNE would sit at. So come to the old west and and enjoy some home cooked vittles!

Awesome Dinner!! I had the sliced brisket and it was sooo good!!!! Wings, ribs and pecan pie were amazing too!!!! Service was outstanding!!!!!! We will be back!!

We shared the smoked wings, jalapeno bites and the meat combo. Everything was served hot and delicious. The brisket was so tender.
Service was good. No issues there, whole staff was very polite. Just not impressed with the brisket. Mine was dry and overcooked.
