We slow smoke our Brisket, Pork Butts, St. Louis Ribs, Spare Ribs, Chicken and Salmon. Are sides are all homemade from scratch and our Pecan pies are also made in house. When you walk in you'll think you're back in the old west. Antique tables and chairs in the dining area and our back bar was built to resemble the bars JOHN WAYNE would sit at. So come to the old west and and enjoy some home cooked vittles!

Recommendedthe Brisket and pulled pork was very tender and moist.. very good. I got the hushpuppies and they would have been really good if they were not over cooked. They brought me baked beans instead. Highly recommend
tried to call in. phone doesnt work. customer service was lacking and very dissatisfying.

I called in two orders of wings and a side of baked beans did not get the baked beans the wings are supposed to be smoked and Fried they were not smoked and fried to a crisp And they were very small
Kim is a great server The brisket and ribs were delicious. Mac-&- cheese and collard greens are really good ....I’ll definitely be back
The food here is awesome and the workers was friendly to. And the bbq sauce and the mac and cheese was to die for ! We will definitely be back next time around.

Brisket is my go to spot for Texas style BBQ...Its the most authentic Texas style in our area! There are plenty of appetizer options on the menu as well...Also, the sides are always fresh and on point!!
