Why did you close before time
I went here over the weekend due to my ear being clogged with wax, the doctor was amazing I forgot his name but the reason for the one star was because of the receptionist. He’s the one who had to unclog my ear and he was extremely rough, whatever tool they use to flush out the wax with water he shoved it so far and so rough into my ear I screamed out in pain telling him to stop and my ear was gushing blood for the remainder of the day, I’ve had this done before and I’ve never had an experience like this.
