I’ve been going to this amazing team and my car has been looked after and I’ve even asked them to do some custom work on my car and they have always said yes the service her is the best my car had been to many shops before hand and now it only goes to this team cheers again guys see you soon for the next service
Very impressed with the expertise of the service technician/s I dealt with today at Brisbane Tuning and Turbo Centre. They gave me invaluable advice based on their experience and the whole experience was most worthwhile.
This business was supposed to be servicing my vehicle, only to find out that my spark plugs hadn’t been changed for 8 years and they were stuck and over tightened. My car had been going to them for 14 years and although they were stamping log book services major minor services it turned out they weren’t doing them properly, my transmission was never serviced since 80,000 and now it’s 214,000. Asked for a second opinion on a quote we received. Got yelled at and abused. The most horrible customer service I've ever encountered.
They ripped me off made ny car worse didn't finsih the job and made me pay more money for nothing. Plus they said if I don't pay all the fees they'll take my car! Don't go there waste of money!
