I also arranged the time to suit him as he was kind enough to offer to see us. I have a text trail between us as well. If I had not contacted him we would not have known he would not be there. Had issues with our spa, after numerous requests and promises to come out and resolve, they never came. I wouldn’t buy from again.
Had a very negative experience with one of the sales team from Brisbane Spa Super Centre today. After arranging to meet and choosing a time that suited them, we travelled quite a distance from one of the SMBI. When I contacted them an hour before we were to meet they said they had already left to deal with another customer. We agreed to keep each other informed, but obviously they did not contact us to let us know. We wasted hours of our day and money getting there and with my wife, being disabled , it was not an easy trip. ... read more

Special shout out to Gavin who is a remarkable asset to the company and did everything he could to help me find the perfect spa for my needs and location.
