Couldn’t be happier with our spa pool purchase! A huge thank you to Matty, the owner, and Anne for making the whole sales process smooth and easy. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and fantastic to deal with from start to finish. A big shout-out as well to Dan W for the concrete slab. The workmanship and service were exceptional, and everything was done to a great standard. It’s great dealing with a team that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. His message after I contacted him said he had to leave to help another customer? But I was made aware he had a family issue that needed to be attended to. I appreciate and understand... read more
Had issues with our spa, after numerous requests and promises to come out and resolve, they never came. I wouldn’t buy from again.
