Had all the things I needed. Staff were super friendly and had an answer for every one of my questions. Will be going back for sure.
Great sales team, excellent service from sales room to my house, communication (pre delivery emails) fantastic, we were kept well informed of all needs as new spa owners, staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful, delivery was on time and care/time given with setup/installation and products. I purchased a HotSpring Beam Spa and love it. Absolutely unparalleled customer service, even a year after purchase. They are passionate about the spas they sell, friendly, helpful. Their on demand customer service should be applauded and is greatly appreciated. If your are buying a Spa in SEQ this place is where you need to get it.
