Annie, Matt and the team are fantastic, great pre sales help, giving us exceptional information helping us make the perfect choice for the perfect spa to suit our needs. Post sales and pre delivery keeping up us to date with what we needed to have done in preparation and where our spa was in the process. Delivery went without a hitch and giving us training on how to best enjoy and look after our investment was spot on. We purchased the Recsport R500 Swim Spa and Covana Cover. Brisbane Spa Super Centre are great! They arranged everything from start to finish including delivery, installation, electrical, concreting, decking, pool fencing & safety certificate. They still look after us if we have any issues or questions. We couldn't be happier...we love our Swim Spa and Covana Cover!
The Hot Springs Spa is an amazing product. We had a small issue with delivery but Matt and his team rallied and even came round at 9pm to assist with making sure we were up and running in a timely manner. Propper value in old fashioned service.
I am extremely fussy and cannot fault Shane on his professional, patience and kindness. His service excels anything I have ever had and I would recommend Brisbane Spa Centre and Shane for anyone wanting service beyond and above any expectation!
