Great to catch up with Billy 12 years after he installed our hot water system. Definitely earned this 5 star rating. We woke up to usual gas bottle delivery early in the am, advised we had a leak. We contacted Billy and the team and they were able to get to us that afternoon even with an already heavy schedule. He arrived on time, accesses the issue and resolved it as quickly as humanly possible. Gas expert Stefan completed the job in 2 hours it was a very technical job with the latest government requirements. No mess left behind, highly recommend the BPG team.
