Highly Recommended the team at Brisbane Motor Works. They have always taken care of me when I bring my e46 in for repairs, I have had some shocking experiences with other European workshops which is why I will only deal with Lance and Nick at Brisbane Motor Works. They are friendly and very knowledgeable and take pride in the workshop and the work they do on customers cars. Keep up the good work fellas!
Brisbane Motor Works replaced the high-pressure fuel pump in 2022. 20,000 km later, the pump has failed again and much worse than the first time. No response from these guys when I contacted them to discuss the failure of the repair. If you don't want to fork out thousands of dollars on repairs that only last 20,000 km, please go somewhere else.

Great service with much better pricing than dealer with equivalent OEM parts. Car was delivered back to me on time after brake rotor and brake pad replacement. Their pricing also is much more reasonable than current BMW Service Inclusive pricing for regular servicing when you workout how many services you may need over the period of your Service Inclusive package. Will be back in future for other servicing and maintenance requirements.
