The staff is absolutely great. The parking situation has gotten so much better than what it was. The on site security and new fences and gate makes this place a much safer community.
This place is awful. Parking is a nightmare, we have gotten towed out twice even though we had a permit. There is never any parking available and no street parking. Never any spots available to purchase either. Our car got broken into inside the complex and when we let the front office know about it all they had to say was "that's too bad". Lots of weird people wondering in and digging through the dumpsters. There's trash all over the stairs and hallways. Great staff. But horrible parking situation. I've been towed and I live here!! Nowhere to park for visitors or residents.
