Bri's beans is a small driveup/walk up kiosk... our family has been frequenting for years. Today my sister and I had the unique opportunity to job shadow Rachel for a couple hours... and we learned so much... namely, that there's a lot that goes into making a good cup of coffee/espresso drink, and knowing the science behind It, while knowing each customers drink, making business personal.
