Found this place after quick visit to Lake Erie shoreline-on the way to east coast-back in April. Great food, service, atmosphere. You locals already knew that! We're from Oklahoma. Nothing like eating ribs and then getting to watch your drawbridge open up for harbor traffic. Pretty cool place to visit- with a great place to eat! If I lived here- I'd visit Briquettes at least weekly!

Had an amazing dinner, thank you so much. My children have declared you to be their favorite restaurant.....so much so, my son asked our waitress if he got a job there if they get free food (he's only 13 but planning ahead, lol.) The turkey dinners were wonderful!
We just happened on this place while in Ashtabula. Tasty pulled pork, coleslaw and warm spiced apples. Hubby had Buffalo chicken salad and we shared a cup of chili. We ended up taking a pint of chili home because it was so good!
