We're Tennesseans who lived a year in Ashtabula, and we love good barbecue! Honestly, the most disappointing thing we encountered with Briquettes was that we didn't discover them sooner and that they were closed for renovations when we went for a farewell meal before we moved. (Nearly heartbreaking.) The service was always excellent - prompt, thorough, and friendly. We enjoyed our interactions with each one of our servers. One of the best meals we have had in a long time! Four of us had dinner and we all left super satisfied. The only thing I can say bad about the place is we live three hours away!
