I needed botox from them its 1300 but between my two insurances the price was covered. However this company called me every single day multiple times a day to inform me of my remaining balance. I argued with them 4 times over phone calls each time thinking finally they are going to bill my 2nd insurance as they always said it was an accounting error. I call my insurance and its paid for awhile ago! Scammer liars and cheats. Terrible company still calling me now leaving weird breathy voicemails

I have to agree with the other reviewers. This company is run like a government agency, not a real business. It is very difficult to reach them by phone or online to refill prescriptions. In the rare event you get through, you have perhaps a 60% chance that the prescription will actually be delivered to the correct address and when promised. I'm honestly not sure if this company is even still in business.

This company right here is part of the problem of ridiculous health care pricing. An injection was going to cost $400 from my doctor, then these scammers got involved and the price went up to $1200-- just for the medicine. Don't deal with this company if you can help it, and look inside yourself if you're considering working for them. They're scum

On hold for 1/2 an hour. Incompetent person, didn't know how to refill the medication. Kept on putting me on hold and learning how to do refill.

absolutely terrible customer service and lack any ability to perform their jobs. tried to fill a prescription, had it all confirmed and good to go. then I received a call two days after the delivery date stating that they did not have the medication in stock and did not know when in the future they would be able to fill it. no solution whatsoever. would avoid their business 100%
