The worst mail order pharmacy I have had to deal with. Out of all my medication that I need they screw 2 of them up all the time. I have a coupon card and they seem to never find it. The worst was yesterday they told me that the medication is over my availability. The worst company and they have the worst customer service nice combination
Extremely disappointing experience. My time-sensitive fertility medication was delayed for 3 days. After multiple calls and complaints, the pharmacy still refused to arrange expedited delivery, claiming that same-day or morning delivery was not an option. These medications are part of a scheduled treatment protocol and delays can directly impact treatment timing. Scam? Called twice and first time I called i was told I won a life alert, I tried to say I was in my 20s and didn't need it but I was hung up on. 2) then when I called again I was told I won 100 dollars on the voice message system...super weird.
