This is OptumRX. Unessecary and cumbersome. Consistently requires hand-holding to get the medication I need to breathe. Do better.
I have been very lucky, being connected to this pharmacy. I get my prescription on time and they let me know when it has been delivered.
They changed their name to Optim RX. Very difficult to deal with.
I guess that was what the name was before. It is now OptumRx.
