I have been very lucky, being connected to this pharmacy. I get my prescription on time and they let me know when it has been delivered.
They changed their name to Optim RX. Very difficult to deal with.
I guess that was what the name was before. It is now OptumRx.
I dreaded having to get my shots filled every month. Its a hassle to talk to someone and if you can understand them (or more than one) and then go through all of that over and over. I've had to hang up and start over because I couldn't understand someone. Very disappointed in this company when they represent healthcare as big as they are. ALSO: The name now is Optum. Im having the worst experience ever. They are failed to ship my medicine three times. I am on severe pain and they always have excuses. Please try not to use this place.
