2 months waiting on a prescription. Call one week and they have the doctors prior authorization. Call the next week and they dont have it. Complete runaround, customer service cant do anything but say sorry. Would never, ever recommend.
These people immediately fill any prescription sent to them and then they charge your credit card immediately and even if you do not need their prescription they will rip you off and refuse to cancel it. This is shady
I had an excellent experience with Charlene. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Horrible horrible pharmacy. It’s been such a pain trying to get my medication, they say my doctors office is not communicating with them even though they’ve been trying to reach out multiple times to get me my medication.
The worst mail order pharmacy I have had to deal with. Out of all my medication that I need they screw 2 of them up all the time. I have a coupon card and they seem to never find it. The worst was yesterday they told me that the medication is over my availability. I kept asking what that meant abd rhey could not tell me but if I wanted the medication it would be 6000 and then asked me if I want them to process it.
