I had an appointment at 11:15 AM for my first appointment with a new lash technician. By 11:20 AM, I still had not been seen. I understand that things can run behind, but being on time is important, especially when this is my first appointment with someone new. If I had arrived five minutes late, I highly doubt the same level of understanding would have been given to me. Kate is by far the best hairdresser i had in ages. She knows what she is doing and is real good at it. I have really fine thinning hair and she was able to give me my confidence back. She took time to listen and brought up some excellent suggestions. I felt pretty and walked out of Brio walking tall.
