RecommendedI have been going to Brio for about 3 years but it really feels like a lifetime. I always tell everyone, when I go there I don’t just feel like i’m getting a service done- i feel like i am hanging out with friends. They make you feel SO welcome! Everyone is more than willing to help you with colors and are so knowledgeable! I always leave completely satisfied . Plus, if you are a bridal party or anything of those sorts you can bring your own food and alcohol and your experience will be one you never forget! I LOVE BRIO!!!!!!
Nails started peeling after 3 days. I called to advise them and told them due to recovering from a broken leg I was unable to get in until Friday when I had a ride. Was told that they have a 5 day policy and if I waited until Friday I would have to pay. Again I explained that I was unable to drive and was told that wasn’t their problem. First and last time I ever go there
Having the opportunity to try the staff at Brio Beauty Lounge really feels like being in your house, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic so using the service here gives you a very comfortable feeling Nice and comfortable.
I have been here a few times now and have had excellent service each time. Cassidy does great work. Also had someone else today (don’t know her name) but she was also great! Owner very sweet! Clean friendly and very relaxing!

I get an appointment on Monday for Saturday. I get a confirmation txt for the appointment. I drive up from the shore and they have given away our appointment. She said she sent a txt. She didn't ask for a response for the confirmation. She said she called. Didn't leave a message while I was driving from the shore for the appointment. Not happy never again!!
Nice, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The only down side is that it’s much slower paced. All in all, I can’t wait to return!
Love this Salon!!! They take very special care of their clients. The salon is so clean.
I usually have no issues, but I made an appt for 2pm, sat waiting for 30 min while another women went ahead of me who came in after me. I left without getting my nails done, while the receptionist unapologetically rescheduled my appt. she didn’t write it down, I’m sure that appt will also be lost
