I highly recommend stopping here after a day of skiing at Belleayre. If you hit it during football season, the banter from all the armchair quarterbacks and coaches is highly entertaining. Great atmosphere. Great food. And Francis, the bartender, is there to assist you with whatever libations you desire.
It’s open till 11 pm and it’s not diner food...change of atmosphere as well..just watch for the deer when driving home..😉
Was there recently, was disappointed in the service. Took a long time waiting for the food, the wait staff was talking to a couple in the booth next to us for a very long time. I tried to get her attention but she was involved in the conversation she was having. Needless to say I won’t be going back to Brio’s any time soon!

Food and service was amazing.
We've been here many times, for breakfast and lunch and we always enjoyed great food and service in a relaxing atmosphere. we. have been here as a couple and with friends and family and will keep coming back. The pizzas from their wood fired oven are a must. Varied menu with many good choices. Great location too.
