The food was great and the service superb
There are not a lot of restaurants to choose from in Phoenicia or surrounding area, but even if have to drive 30-60 minutes out of your way, you would be better served than going to this dump. Rude help and overpriced food. As I said avoid this crap hole if you can.
The food is fantastic and the staff is pleasant
The food was good. I had the meatball sub and my boyfriend had the philly cheese sub. The drinks were not what we ordered. We ordered Mai Tai’s and there was no juice in the drink. It tasted like it was all rum, ice and water. I don’t think the bartender knew what a Mai Tai was. Service was not good. We had to eat outside due to COVID19 which was nice with a view but when we asked for water from the waitress, due to the drinks being so strong, we were told we had to go back inside and order the water. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Customer service skills shown by Kerry (a lady wearing a yellow shirt) who claimed to be the manager of this restaurant in response to health related inquiries I have, i.e. 1. Why Utensils and napkins were bare hand pulled from their bulk packages and put on bare countertops, when handed to customers (instead of using a tray or so, or even dropping them in customer hands) and 2.
