My Mom entered Brio Manor just about five years ago. Over these years, the staff has been caring and loving towards all the residents. It is truly a home where residents & their loved ones are treated like family. The owner, Johneil, gets to know each of the residents & their families. You can always call on him or the staff. We have been blessed to have found this home for our Mom. She loves it!
My mother-in-law arrived at Brio in a wheelchair, frail & failing. Within a few weeks, the wonderful caregivers at Brio had her putting on much needed weight, up again & taking short, accompanied walks in their pretty neighborhood. She loved owner Johneil, who was always happy to spend time kibitzing about her beloved Dodgers. During her time at Brio until her passing at 97 years old, the staff was kind, caring and so lovingly supportive of her and our family.
I’m so grateful for the care and compassion shown by everyone at Brio Manor Board & Care. From the moment we toured the facility, it was clear that family and dignity come first here. The staff are deeply committed to their residents — they know them personally, learn their likes and needs, and make sure each person feels comfortable and valued. This is an exceptional board & care facility in Thousand Oaks, CA. If you are looking to place your loved one in the hands of comforting, caring, and well-trained caregivers, look no further than Brio Manor. All meals are made from scratch, and the facility is always kept clean.
