Dr. Jim is the best physician I’ve ever had across any healthcare experience. Guys, I understand that prescribing a simple antiviral is a trivial matter and that you have more important things to attend to, but why should I have to wait a whole week for the promised medication—coming in person, calling, and constantly reminding you about it? This was my first interaction with a clinic here, and I am extremely disappointed.
