Guys, I understand that prescribing a simple antiviral is a trivial matter and that you have more important things to attend to, but why should I have to wait a whole week for the promised medication—coming in person, calling, and constantly reminding you about it? This was my first interaction with a clinic here, and I am extremely disappointed.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I made an appointment for a simple yearly checkup. However, the billing department mishandled the claim - a fact verified directly by my insurance company. When I brought this to their attention, the billing department continued to act unprofessionally and refuse to correct the billing. Because of their negligence and inability to correctly bill a routine visit, do not be surprised if you receive an inflated bill for services you never asked for.
These two stars reflect the front desk staff and the experience they give their patients. The providers are absolutely incredible but as someone who's worked with the general public for over 15 years your front desk staff with make or break your patrons experience. Much improvement needed
